• Software account data. If you are a customer of our platform, we process account, shipment, billing, notification, and KYC information needed to run the service you have purchased.

• Send service messages you request, such as shipment or account notices configured by a customer.

Software platform data

Courier businesses that use ITD software decide what shipment, customer, billing, and KYC data they upload. For that data, the customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, and ITD processes it to provide the software. End customers of a courier business should contact that business about data held in their account.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record. Account and shipment data is kept for the life of the customer contract and for a limited period afterward for backups, billing, and legal requirements. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use access controls and industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to raise a grievance about how we handle it. If a courier company uploaded your details into our software, contact that company first. We will help our customer respond where we are the processor of that data.

We are based in India and serve customers in India and other countries, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Information may be stored and processed in India and in locations where our service providers operate.

Children

This website and our software are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
